Francis Gallagher

Francis Gallagher, a Portland, Oregon native, is a third-year biology major with a photography minor at Oregon State University. He aspires to a career in healthcare and will be completing EMT training this summer. Francis will also continue his involvement with the PNASH FLIPP for Lifejacket program, where he has contributed for over a year to increasing lifejacket usage among commercial fishermen in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. His work with PNASH has provided valuable exposure to new communities, deepened his understanding of healthcare and preventative measures, and helped clarify his future career goals.
