Callan Krevanko is a PhD candidate at the University of Washington's Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences. In 2020, she received her Master of Science in Environmental Health with a specialization in Environmental Epidemiology from Harvard University. During her master's program, Callan conducted research on work-related lung disease surveillance in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Callan's doctoral research at UW focuses on respiratory exposures and work-related health symptoms in cannabis production workers. Her dissertation aims to quantify exposure to airborne contaminants during cannabis production tasks; assess their potential relationship with work-related health symptoms; and to develop targeted industrial hygiene exposure controls that safeguard the health of cannabis workers.
